Warranty Policy (Head Spa Beds & Equipment)

  • All head spa beds and equipment purchased from Vital Glow Development Australia Pty Ltd are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • This warranty applies to non-human-caused faults only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper operation, unauthorised modification, external impact, or normal wear and tear.
  • During the warranty period, any verified manufacturing defect will be serviced through parts repair or replacement where applicable. This warranty does not include full replacement of the entire bed or machine. All warranty services are provided in accordance with our after-sales service standards.
